The Ancient Lycian Way is a marked long-distance hiking trail in southwestern Turkey around part of the coast of ancient Lycia. It is approximately 520 km in length and stretches from Hisaronu (Ovacik), near Fethiye, to Asagi Karaman in Konyaalti, about 20 km (12 mi) from Antalya. During the tour we will not only hike along the ancient route, we will make time travel to ancient cities, enjoy the Mediterranean sea and taste the lovely Turkish cuisine and local wines.

Day 1 : Arrival To Antalya
Location: Çamyuva, Çamyuva
Accommodation Name: Istanbul Beach Hotel
Meeting at Antalya airport; the transfer will be organized to the hotel. Dinner will be at the hotel
Day 2 : Tekirova
Location: Phaselis Ancient City, Tekirova, Tekirova
Accommodation Name: Millenium Hotel Tekirova
Day 2: Trekking from Cennet Koyu (Paradise Beach), via Phaselis Ancient City to Tekirova. Dinner and hotel at Tekirova.
The Magnificently Visual Paradise Bay, which is also a stage of the Lycian Way, will continue from the Secret Balcony Seaside and end in Tekirova after the Phaselis Ancient City Bay. An ancient Greek and Roman city in Lycia. It is near the present-day city of Kemer. Phaselis functions as a sea tourism area with its beaches as well as its historical features. The lunch break will be at the beach if you would like to enjoy the sea too.
Dinner and accomodation will be at the hotel in Tekirova.

Day 3 : Adrasan
Location: Adrasan, Olympos, Adrasan
Accommodation Name: Likya Adrasan Hotel
After breakfast we are walking towards the eternal fire of Olympus (The Legend of the Burning Stone) which has been the subject of legends for a thousand years and is located on the Lycian Way. Visiting the ancient city of Olympus and making our way through Çıralı. We will spend the night at Adrasan, one of the most beautiful bays of the Mediterranean.

Incline: 56m to 260m (generally downhill) at most %35 incline

Day 4 : Adrasan
Location: Adrasan, Suluada, Adrasan, Çıralı
Accommodation Name: Likya Adrasan Hotel
This will be the day to rest and enjoy the beatiful beach and the sun.
We will have optional tours like a boat trip (lunch included), Rafting and Zip line, ATV Safari or even a city tour of Antalya.
The accomodation and dinner will be at the same hotel.
Day 5 : The Lighthouse
Location: Adrasan, Demre, Demre, Likya Yolu Kayaköy

The visual route of the Lycian Way. We drive by bus up to Lighthouse which is at 1300 meters is the highest lighthouse in Turkiye. It is on the Marquise Hill. After that, there will be a 7 KM descent and a flat forest road. From there, we will pass to Pirate Bay. We will have a swimming break there and then go to our hotel in Adrasan.
Trekking from Gelidonya Light House (Highest Light House in Europe) to Karaöz will give us the opportunitiy to enjoy one of the most beautiful sceneries of our trip. From Karaöz group will drive 1 hour to Demre. Dinner and hotel at Demre.

Day 6 : Villages By The Mediterranean
Location: Simena (Kaleköy) Kral Mezarları., Demre, Gokkaya Bay, Kaleköy Camii
Accommodation Name: Demyra Boutique Hotel
After breakfast, our walk will start from Kapaklı, we will pass through sloping descents and plains until Gökkaya Bay, we will walk 2.5 km from Gökkaya Bay to Burç Kovasi by the seaside, we will come to Kaleköy, where there is transportation from the sea and vehicles are not allowed. We will walk approximately 8 - 9 km.
Trekking from Kapakli Koyu (Village) to Simena Village (only village in Turkiye which is reachable only by the sea) via Gokkaya Village. Dinner and hotel at Demyra.

Incline: 130m to 14m (mostly downhill)
Difficulty Level: 6/2 (easy)
Day 7 : Kash
Location: Kaş, Kaş
Accommodation Name: Gardenia Hotel Kaş
After breakfast we will walk from Sahilkilincli to Uzum Iskelesi via Appolonia Ancient City.
Lunch break will be also an option for enjoying the warm sea.
In the end of the day we will reach Kash, one of the most beautiful small towns of Antalya City where we will have a lovely dinner to say goodbye to the Lycian Way. Also we will visit the Amphithéâtre of Kash with the most beatiful view.

Day 8 : Goodbye Lycia Way
Location: Antalya
After an early breakfast, we will say goodbye to the Lycian Way and make our way to the airport.

What is the difference between Group Vacations and Private Vacations?
If you purchase one of our Group vacation packages, you will be escorted by a professional tour guide and will be traveling with other like-minded travelers you may not know. The group size depends on the tour you select. If you purchase one of our Private vacation packages, you will be traveling only within your group of friends. You may or may not be escorted by a professional tour guide; this depends on the type of private tour you are interested in.

When and how will I receive the travel documents (vouchers)?
If you book one of our Group or Private tours, you will receive your travel documents via email approximately 20 days prior to travel date. If you reserve one of our Vacation Rentals, you will hear back from the property manager via email a few days prior to checking-in. We recommend checking your emails on a regular basis as this is our most reliable method of communication. If you have questions or need additional support, you can always chat with us or email us directly.

What happens if a Group tour does not get confirmed?
It is very simple... you will be offered an alternative departure date or be refunded the full amount you pre-paid. No questions asked!

What happens after I book?
The majority of our tours are confirmed at the time of booking. This means that, after submitting the payment online, you will receive an order confirmation email; make sure to save this email and to note down your confirmation number for any future communication with us. Some tours may be sold on a 'on request' basis. This means that for these tours we reserve the right to check the availability of your spot(s) with the Tour Operator before confirming the tour to you. As soon as you submit the payment online for a 'on request' tour you will receive an email notification that confirms your order request. Within 72 hours, you will receive either a confirmation email or a denial email. Do not worry... we will do everything we can to confirm your tour!
