Welcome to the start of your Nepal adventure tour! After settling in upon your arrival, gather with your fellow travelers and Adventure Leader on the hostel's rooftop. Here, you'll receive insights into the upcoming adventure and invaluable tips for safe travels in Nepal.
Following this, consider joining your group in Durbar Square. Indulge in Nepal's culinary delights at one of the fantastic local restaurants, savoring your first taste of the country's offerings. Later, immerse yourself in the vibrant live music scene at the Thamel District, embracing the rich cultural vibe Nepal has to offer.
Day 2 : Kathmandu

Hop on tempos, which are 8 person vehicles similar to large rickshaws, for a day tour covering the best sites of Kathamandu. Visit the holy monkeys at Swayambhunath Stupa Temple, call in at the Boudhhanath which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and end the day observing evening Prayers at Pashupatinth Temple.
Optional Activity - Take an early morning flight to see Mount Everest.
Day 3 : Nagarkot

Today's adventure takes us to Nagarkot via a brief stopover in Lalitpur. Immerse yourself in the city's rich heritage by visiting its temples, including the esteemed Golden Temple and Bangla Mukhi Temple. Upon reaching Nagarkot in time for lunch, the afternoon grants you free rein. For those seeking a scenic delight, join us for a 30-minute hike to a local viewpoint—an ideal spot to witness the breathtaking sunset.
Day 4 : Kathmandu

Today promises a journey packed with enriching visits as we make our way back to Kathmandu. Our morning begins with an essential walking tour of Bhaktapur—a UNESCO World Heritage site—immersing ourselves in the city's cultural splendor.
Next, our path leads to Pharphing, where we'll delve into the monastery's serene ambiance. Get an up-close experience among the monks and explore the sacred cave where the Great Master Padmasambhava meditated.
Lastly, returning to Kathmandu, you'll have a free evening to explore and embrace the vibrant atmosphere of the city, concluding the day on your own terms.
Day 5 : Chitwan National Park

Get ready for an early and exciting start today as we embark on an incredible segment of our Nepal adventure tour: Chitwan! We'll pause for breakfast en route and anticipate our arrival around midday. Following a brief lunch stop, brace yourself for one of Nepal's must-do experiences—a jeep safari!
During the safari, get ready to spot an array of wildlife, including deer, monkeys, and rhinos. If luck is on our side, we might even catch a glimpse of a sloth, tiger, or leopard! The safari culminates by the river, where we'll transition to a canoe to appreciate the sights from the water while savoring a cup of coffee as the sun sets.
Later in the evening, immerse yourself in the vibrant Tharu Cultural Show, featuring traditional Nepalese songs and dances—a perfect way to conclude an eventful day in Chitwan.
Day 6 : Lumbini

Anticipate an early afternoon arrival, providing ample time for lunch before embarking on our next noteworthy activity—a captivating tour of the city's remarkable temples.
The day unfolds with explorations of the Maya Devi Temple, revered as the birthplace of Buddha. Here, you'll have the opportunity to meditate in the serene Ashok part of the temple grounds. Additionally, visit temples constructed by diverse Buddhist communities from countries such as Cambodia and Germany, adding layers of cultural richness to our expedition.
Day 7 : Pokhara

Today, we venture towards one of Nepal's iconic cities—Pokhara!
Upon an early afternoon arrival, take some time to settle in and get acquainted with the surroundings before we regroup for our next engaging activity—an unmissable momo making class! Dive into the traditions of Nepalese cuisine, learning the art of crafting momos while savoring the opportunity to taste these delightful treats firsthand.
Day 8 : Pokhara

Today offers a free day to explore Pokhara at your own pace. Perhaps start with a relaxed morning, followed by leisurely sightseeing or a serene lakeside retreat. Consider a visit to the city's Mountain Museum for an enriching experience.

Day 9 : Poon Hill Trekking Or Yoga Experience

For the upcoming three days, you have a choice to embark on an unforgettable trek over the Poon Hill region or partake in a 3-day yoga retreat in Pokhara. Please note, the yoga experience incurs a surcharge.
Opting for the yoga retreat promises three days of rejuvenating practices, including restorative yoga, dance sessions, tea ceremonies, candlelight meditations, and nature walks. These sessions will be interspersed with ample leisure time for your personal pursuits.
Alternatively, if you choose the trek, prepare for an extraordinary hiking adventure! Departing from Pokhara, you'll journey towards the Himalayas, commencing a captivating exploration of Nepal's natural beauty.
Day 1 of the trek involves a 2-3 hour uphill hike through the jungle to Ghorepani village. Upon arrival in the evening, you'll dine at a local guesthouse, soaking in breathtaking sunset views.
Day 10 : Poon Hill Trekking Or Yoga Experience

On Day 2 of the trek, you have the option to rise early for a 1-hour hike to Poon Hill, offering a mesmerizing sunrise vista. Returning to the base, your morning commences with a 6-hour hike encompassing a blend of uphill and downhill trails (with more descent than ascent). Around midday, a lunch break awaits.
By late afternoon, your journey leads you to Tadapani village, where a delightful dinner awaits amid even more breathtaking panoramic views.
Day 11 : Poon Hill Trekking Or Yoga Experience

On Day 3, after breakfast, embark on a 3-hour trek through local villages and jungles, marking the final leg of your trekking adventure. This segment mostly follows a flat path. Upon reaching the endpoint, you'll enjoy a private transfer back to Pokhara city, anticipating an arrival in the mid-afternoon.
Once back in the city, the afternoon and evening are yours to enjoy at your leisure. Consider indulging in a relaxing foot massage or exploring other activities as you unwind from the trek.
Day 12 : Bandipur

This morning, we rise early for a transfer to our ultimate overnight stop on the Nepal group tour—Bandipur! Anticipate arrival by midday, allowing for a delightful stroll through this beautifully preserved town, relishing in its abundant charm.

Day 13 : Rafting & Kathmandu

Majority of our clients are solo travellers and our prices are based on sharing in dorm style rooms. We do offer single room upgrades for those who do not wish to share a room.

We always strive to ensure the highest level of comfort and convenience for our valued clients during their travels with us. However, for our tours in Asia, we cannot guarantee same-sex dorm rooms in the hostels we use, particularly during high season, such as the cherry blossom season in Japan. Please rest assured that we do our utmost to accommodate our clients' preferences wherever possible. However, the availability of same-sex dorm rooms ultimately depends on the policies of the hostels we work with. In some cases, different genders may be allocated to the same room due to limited availability.

Passport Details
For most destinations we will require the details to be submitted on our online form (the link for which will be provided post-booking and prior to your travel date). Please note that this needs to be complete & accurate to avoid any late update fees for accommodation and transport bookings. IMPORTANT NOTE: China tours is the only destination where we require an actual copy of your passport. We require these in order to book travel tickets for clients and passports are used during the check-in.

Why do the tours have an age range?
While we strive to cater to a diverse range of travellers, it is important to consider whether the tour aligns with your expectations and preferences. We want your travel experience to be enjoyable and fulfilling, and we believe that selecting a tour that matches your age group and interests is crucial in achieving that. Our tours are very active and jam-packed, including early starts and getting on and off local transportation. There will be a lot of walking, and activities such as cycling. You could be walking up to 20,000 steps per day!

Who will be my travelling companions on the tour?
Our tours are aimed at fun, out-going and open minded individuals. We typically get people aged between 18 to 55 travelling on our trips. Feel free to contact us to see the ages of the people who are booked already. Some of our trips have an upper age limit because of the pace of the tour, style of accommodation and the average age of the group - please do not be offended if we check your age and perhaps recommend a different itinerary. Our premium trips are suitable for most.
