Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erg Chebbi DunesPick up from your hotel in Fes around 7:30 and departure for the south of Morocco.
You will pass by « Ifrane », known as the Switzerland, « Azrou »Where you can see the monkeys in the cedar forest.
Continuing to Midelt for a lunch meal in a restaurant (on your own expense)
after lunch , we will cross the pass of TIZI N TALGHAMT while admiring the panoramic views of Ziz gorges and valley.
After that we will continue to Erg Chebbi Dunes passing by Erfoud (famous with fossils, and oasis of dates palms) where you can visit a local fossil craft workshop.
After that we will continue to the dunes of Erg Chebbi called also Merzouga Dunes.
Arrive at the hotel and get ready for a camel trek for an hour and a half to enjoy the sunset. While on the back of your dromedary, you will continue to the camp for an overnight in a traditional nomad tent.
Dinner around the camp fire with some local music played live by the local camp team, spend the night in a comfortable camp in the middle of the dunes.
